7/10/2009 · One of the most common questions I have been asked by people I train, or train with is how to develop your chest. A developed chest is one of the most important ingredients in having that perfect body you've always wanted.

- Take another (smaller) inhalation using the abdomen (not chest) and again completely relax. With each breath, inhale only a small amount of air (about 20-30% less than your usual breathing). Make these inhalations only through the nose while using the abdominal muscles and keeping chest muscles calm.
- Then I highly recommend my 100 Reps to Bigger Muscles chest program on your days off to speed recovery. If you aren't familiar with the program, execute 4 sets of 25 repetitions (or 10 sets of 10 repetitions) evenly spaced throughout the day for the target muscle group. This will dramatically improve recovery and reduce soreness.
- Press From All Angles. On a weekly basis, do incline, decline, and flat chest pressing so that you attack your chest muscles from all angles. Do exercises like decline pushups, incline bench press, and dumbbell chest press.
